Shipping Policy

All Humble Volume products are made to order and shipped directly from our production partners.

1) Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed, it may no longer be possible to edit or cancel it. If you spot an error (address, size, quantity), email info@humblevolume.com immediately—if production hasn’t started, we’ll do our best, but changes aren’t guaranteed.

2) Delivery Estimates

Any shipping times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Transit times can vary by destination, carrier, customs, and local logistics.

3) Risk of Loss & Title

  • Most countries: Risk of loss, damage, and title pass to you when the order is handed to the carrier. If tracking shows “Delivered,” please contact the carrier first for misdelivery; we’ll assist where reasonable.

  • EEA/UK consumers: Risk of loss, damage, and title pass when you (or your designee) physically receive the goods.

  • Shipments to customers in Germany (merchant rule mirrored): Printful bears responsibility for loss/damage that occurs before the shipment crosses the German border.

4) Lost-in-Transit Claims

If tracking never shows delivery and the parcel appears lost, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at info@humblevolume.com. We’ll investigate with the carrier/fulfillment team and, if confirmed lost, replace or credit your order per our [Return & Refund Policy].

Note: We can’t guarantee delivery to P.O. boxes in all regions.

5) Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, email info@humblevolume.com within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll sort a replacement or refund in line with our [Return & Refund Policy].

6) Address Issues & Unclaimed Parcels

  • Incorrect/insufficient address: Shipments returned for address issues can be re-shipped at your cost once you provide an updated address.

  • Unclaimed deliveries: If a parcel is returned because it wasn’t collected, re-shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

7) Multiple Shipments

Your order may ship in separate packages to speed up delivery. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel where available.

8) Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International shipments may incur customs or import fees set by your local authority. These charges (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
